Refund policy

To be eligible for a return you may contact us within seven days of receiving your products.  A studio voucher will be offered in return. This does not include courier costs.

 * Items returned must be in their original state; undamaged and unused. 

* No returns after the seven day grace period.

* Return postage will be your responsibility when returning the item.  We are not liable for items lost or damaged in the post.

• Custom made orders and sale items are not returnable.

  To start a return, please contact us at hello@thebespokelinen.co.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  
  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
