About your Tea Ceremony host, Margaret Price

A tea master of 49yrs, Margaret is highly regarded and well-respected within the  Japanese communities teaching Tea Ceremony full time from her authentic tea house in her home on the Scenic Rim.
After a first fateful encounter with Japanese Tea Ceremony at the University of Queensland in 1974 Margaret then moved to Japan for work where she spent almost 23 years living and devoting all her spare time deep-diving into traditional Japanese culture which led Margaret to becoming a Japanese Tea Master. She then returned to the Gold Coast in 2003 and began teaching full time to Japanese students and offering private tea tastings.
