What to expect:

This ceremony is for anyone wanting to learn and experience the giving and receiving of Japanese tea. The tea master will explain each step throughout and an opportunity for Q&A's will be available after the ceremony. 

Melise of Bespoke Linen Co in Murwillumbah has set up an inviting space for this intimate tea ceremony experience. After ritually purifying the space tea master Margaret Price will introduce guests to two styles of ritual tea - a Chinese leaf infusion followed by Japanese matcha. The matcha tea ritual will be prefaced with a Japanese sweet. Participants will learn about the teas, the hand-crafted accoutrements and the spiritual foundations of the practice.

please understand our strict cancellation policy is in consideration of the tea master having to travel to perform our tea ceremony, the preparations required as well as the hand-crafting of ceremonial accoutrements. 

Cancelling prior to 1 week from session time : full refund

Cancelling within 1 week from session time : 50% refund 

Cancelling within 48hrs : no refund
